Identification Requirement
All signers must be present and provide valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization.

Fees

In-Office Administrative Fee: $10 per transaction

Notarization Fee: $5.00 per signature or stamp
(State-regulated Pennsylvania notary fee)

Mobile Travel Fee: $20–$40
(Based on location and distance)

Copy Fee: $1.50 per page
